As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Pharmacy Delivery Driver to join our team and help us deliver the Mint experience — thoughtful service, strong collaboration, and care that puts people first.
What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will play an important part in supporting Mint’s commitment to exceptional service, operational excellence, and a positive experience for patients, customers, and team members. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Safe Transport: Transport pharmaceuticals and medical supplies securely to patients homes
Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain necessary signatures, and manage digital proof-of-delivery.
Route Optimization: Utilize GPS and routing software to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
Customer Service: Act as a brand ambassador, providing professional service to patients and their families.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and manage fuel consumption.
What You’ll Bring We are looking for someone who brings the right mix of experience, professionalism, initiative, and care.
The ideal candidate will have: Order Picking: Assist in picking, scanning, and packing prescription orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of home healthcare supplies every second month for the Aids to Daily Living Program. Otherwise, you will be delivering medications to our patients.
Inventory Management: Assist with restocking, receiving inventory, and organizing pharmacy inventory.
Compliance: Ensure all handled items are documented and stored according to pharmacy regulations.
Flexibility with schedule: must be available on weekends Requirements & Qualifications License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record/abstract
Physical Strength: Ability to lift and carry boxes of medical supplies.
Communication: Excellent verbal skills for interacting with customers, nurses, and pharmacists.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using GPS, handheld scanning devices, and mobile apps.
Working Conditions Hours: Regular, part-time, or full-time hours
