Reporting to the Director of QC Initiatives, you will be integral in providing second-level support for pharmacy systems tailored to Quebec.
Your responsibilities include testing new functional solutions, managing user training, and coordinating the integration of pharmacy management systems. You'll play a key role in enhancing the efficiency of store-level pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support pharmacy data conversions and system migrations
- Create reference documents for pharmacy application solutions
- Analyze business rules for operational impacts
- Manage hardware and network support requests
- Ensure communication is explicit and timely for deployments Requirements:
- Bilingual capabilities in English and French
- 2-3 years of pharmacy practice experience
- Knowledge of Quebec's pharmacy approval processes
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office
