Overview

At PwC, our cybersecurity professionals focus on protecting organisations from cyber threats through advanced technologies and strategies. In threat intelligence and vulnerability management, you will identify and analyse potential threats to an organisation’s security and manage vulnerabilities to prevent cyber attacks, safeguarding sensitive information and enabling the resilience of digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to Conjure reported by our customers.
- Perform PIM (CyberArk secret manager) support operations on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Lead the incident call with diverse stakeholders.
- Apply and test fixes in non‑production and production environments.
- Document problem solutions in a knowledge base and keep detailed case progress records.
- Provide 24×7 on‑call support via a rotational schedule.
- Participate in recurring support review meetings, presenting challenges and mitigation plans to product owners.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLAs.
- Provide input to assist with continual improvement.
- Plan, schedule and deliver all new activities within set timelines.

Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in CyberArk Secrets Management.




- Strong experience with CyberArk PAM Core or Vault and exposure to secrets management workflows.
- Experience troubleshooting retrieval of secrets from Conjure.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, Windows Server environments, and Active Directory concepts, including integration and authentication within enterprise infrastructures.

Compensation

Salary range: $84,700 – $134,700. The posted range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres; ranges may vary for other locations.
