Business Process Owner, LOG

The compensation for this position is between $100,500 and $125,600 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Location: One of our main offices or manufacturing plants within North America. Reports to: Director, USA Logistics & NA Transportation.

Job Summary

The Business Process Owner, LOG is responsible for overseeing the optimization and integration of Logistics/Transportation Management business processes related to operational data. This role serves as the key liaison between data management teams, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.

Principal Responsibilities

- Continuously improve business processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Monitor process blockers and adjust corresponding data as needed.
- Monitor data workflows and troubleshoot process‑related issues.
- Work with Data Governance to establish practices ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Define, develop, and document operational data processes, standards, and best practices.
- Drive completion of data quality controls and standards within the business.
- Manage remediation of data audits and validations.
- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment.
- Collaborate with Data Governance, IT Business Partners,



Data Analysts, and Business Units to align data initiatives with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with other business teams cross‑functionally to drive process improvements and troubleshoot blockers.
- Provide training and support on data processes to end users.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in data management, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Experience in manufacturing environments and business process ownership within Logistics, Transportation Management (TM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) functions.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and data quality initiatives.
- Implementation experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Project management experience is highly desirable.
