you will handle Entertainment Property Damage claims from our Entertainment Program. In addition to this, you may handle some traditional and renewable Energy Commercial Property claims and Equipment Breakdown claims, including those from our Global Network.ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and evaluate complex Property, including Entertainment Property Damage, and Equipment Breakdown claims to determine coverage and liabilityConduct thorough and timely investigations, including gathering and analyzing relevant information and documentationCommunicate with policyholders, brokers, and other parties involved in the claims process to gather information and provide updates on the status of claimsNegotiate and settle claims in accordance with company policies and proceduresAttend mediations and trials as requiredUtilize knowledge of insurance contracts and industry standards to determine appropriate coverage and settlement amountsMaintain accurate and detailed claim files, including documentation of all activities and decisions madeLeverage expertise in a creative, continuous improvement environment to support a model of best practice operationsCollaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure efficient and effective claims handlingIdentify and investigate potential fraudulent claims and take appropriate actionDeliver and exceed on all key performance indicators as it relates to loss development, claims leakage control and expense managementKeep up to date with industry trends, changes in laws and regulationsProvide excellent customer service to insureds and brokers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional mannerMentor and provide guidance to less experienced claims adjusters on complex or high‑value claimsAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standardsParticipate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skillsRepresent the company in a professional manner and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholdersQualifications#J-18808-Ljbffr
