As a member of an interdisciplinary health care team the Physiotherapist provides professional clinical physiotherapy services to residents and resource education to the health care team.

Qualifications Education & Experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.

- Three (3) years recent clinical experience in geriatric setting or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
- Current full registration as a Physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).
- Eligible for membership in the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC). Knowledge & Abilities - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- Ability to determine and deal with emergent situations and exercise reasonable judgement when dealing with families and staff.
- Ability to develop and present educational material.
- Ability to work within and support a team approach to care.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
