We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pita Maker to join our vibrant food service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh pita bread, assembling delicious pita sandwiches, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook fresh pita bread according to established recipes and procedures
- Assemble and serve pita sandwiches with various fillings, toppings, and sauces
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer inquiries professionally

Requirements





- Previous experience in food preparation or food service preferred, especially in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory counts
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on teamwork and professionalism
