This role involves assisting Journeyman Welders and Fitters, learning the trade, and performing a variety of hands‑on tasks. What You'll Need

- Must be registered in the Alberta apprenticeship program
- WHMIS and First Aid training are an asset
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment functional assessment




- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test
- Ability to read and interpret drawings is an asset
- Good vision, hand‑eye coordination, and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and safely in a fast‑paced shop environment

What Will Make You Stand Out

- 1 year of experience in a construction, agricultural, maintenance or manufacturing position preferred
- Spool fabrication shop experience is preferred
- 1 year experience in a fabrication and welding setting preferred
