Director, Estate & Financial Planning Services Advanced Wealth Planning for High-Net-Worth Clients Join SunLife Financial as an Estate & Financial Planning Services Planning Director where you'll make a meaningful impact on clients' financial futures. In this role, you'll partner with our network of SunLife Advisors to develop comprehensive financial strategies for high-net-worth individuals and business owners, while contributing to the growth of our financial planning capabilities across the organization. Design advanced, holistic financial plans addressing retirement, tax optimization, risk management, and estate planning strategies Develop specialized strategies for intergenerational wealth transfers and business succession planning Deliver regional training sessions and client seminars on advanced financial planning topics through both virtual and in-person formats Collaborate with insurance specialists and case managers to provide integrated solutions Build and nurture relationships with field leaders, advisors, and senior stakeholders Stay current with evolving tax regulations, estate law, and wealth management best practices Minimum 7 years of financial planning or related experience Deep expertise in financial planning principles, wealth management, tax,



and estate planning Proficiency with financial planning software (Conquest experience is a plus) Excellent communication abilities and proven relationship-building skills Comfort with digital collaboration tools (MS Teams) for remote client engagement Agricultural tax knowledge is an asset Reporting to: Regional Director, Estate & Financial Planning Services The opportunity to work with Financial Planning Professionals in the Financial Services and Insurance industry, that are continually in pursuit of delivering Financial Planning excellence.
