The Role:

Reporting to Director, Operations Finance,the Plant Controllerwill be responsible for ongoing analysis of results with insights and recommendations on performance improvement opportunities. Ensure control policies are in place to safeguard company assets. As a solid financial leader with acute business acumen skills,



the Plant Controller will be working with Plant management and theFinance team. A trusted business partner involved in strategy development, analysis and decision making for plant results. Responsible for providing financial and non-financial insights required to manage plant performance and ensure goals are met. Lead plant operating budget, ensure clear accountabilities are in place to meet plan.

- Analyze variances versus standard and budgeted costs for month and year-to-date results. Prepare the required variance reporting.
