What You'll Do - Leading day‑to‑day plant operations across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Safety - Driving operational performance through safety, quality, productivity, cost,



and customer service excellence - Providing technical leadership to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime - Partnering closely with Maintenance leadership to strengthen preventive maintenance, reliability, troubleshooting, and long‑term asset performance - Balancing operational priorities to ensure decisions support the overall success of the plant—not just one department - Leading, coaching, and developing supervisors and frontline leaders while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement - Managing operating budgets, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business results - Building solid cross‑functional relationships while maintaining a highly visible leadership presence on the production floor What We're Looking For The successful candidate will bring a unique combination of technical expertise and operational leadership.

Required Qualifications - Progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment - Strong technical background through Maintenance Management, Engineering Management, Reliability Leadership, or a similar technical leadership role - Demonstrated progression into broader operational leadership with responsibility for multiple functional areas, such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Planning, or Supply Chain - Experience within Food, Beverage, or High‑Speed Packaging manufacturing - Experience leading highly automated manufacturing operations with a strong focus on equipment reliability, operational performance, and continuous improvement - Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, capital planning, and KPI management Preferred Qualifications - Experience as a Plant Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager,
