DCM and other strategic advisory transactions across Central and Eastern Europe and the broader CEEMEA region Responsibilities Coordinating transaction processes and workstreams across clients, product teams, legal advisers and other external stakeholders Preparing and reviewing financial models, valuation analyses, merger models and transaction-related materials Developing high-quality client presentations, pitchbooks, strategic reviews and marketing materials Conducting company, industry and market research and translating insights into actionable recommendations for clients Working closely with senior bankers on client coverage initiatives and business development opportunities Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior stakeholders Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving skills Strong execution experience and understanding of transaction processes across advisory and capital markets products Ability to manage multiple workstreams and perform effectively in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment Relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, M&A advisory, Capital Markets or a related field Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
