Foothills Group is seeking an Experienced Heavy Duty Technician to support our shop in Calgary and Lethbridge. This role offers comprehensive training and opportunities in heavy equipment repairs.
As a 3rd Year or 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyman Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing various trucks and heavy machinery. Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose mechanical issues in heavy equipment
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems
• Perform necessary preventative maintenance
• Complete CVIP inspections accurately
• Maintain quality standards in all repairs
Requirements:
• 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Team player with a positive work ethic
• Committed to ongoing career development
• Valid driver's license; CVIP considered an asset
