Track project progress across all phases to ensure alignment with timelines and objectives Monitor budgets, analyze financial performance, and identify cost variances Support forecasting, reporting, and client billing activities Identify project risks (technical, financial, operational) and support mitigation planning Prepare regular reports on project performance, costs, and key metrics Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment Coordinate with finance, engineering, and other departments to support project delivery Contribute to cost estimates, resource planning, and project scheduling Manages and processes project invoices Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-project reviews Assist with ERP-related processes and system improvements 2 to 5 years of experience in a project controls, project coordination, or job cost accountant role Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and project data Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project)
