The Workforce Transformation Manager leads end‑to‑end HR and payroll transformation initiatives that align with clients’ overall strategy and enhance employee experience and organizational performance. Responsibilities Partner with PwC professionals on high‑profile client engagements. Lead a variety of HR engagements, including HR Strategy, Payroll Strategy & Transformation, Organization Design, Function Effectiveness & Design, HR Technology Roadmap and Implementation (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dayforce, and other payroll technologies), Workforce Planning, People Analytics & Insights, Job Architecture, Skills Management, Integrated Talent Management, and AI in HR. Leverage future‑of‑work trends, talent intelligence,



skills‑based architecture, skills marketplace, and labor data analysis to drive the transition to a Skills‑Based Organization. Apply hands‑on experience with the shift to skills‑based organization. Use deep knowledge of payroll technology, processes and operating models to improve payroll efficiency and effectiveness. Drive the creation of innovative products, accelerators, and methodologies that define the future of HR and payroll in the Agentic AI era. Manage engagement economics, oversee and deliver high‑quality work, and ensure delivery excellence.
