Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the development and maintenance of CMMS for facilities • Collaborate on major maintenance and improvements planning • Ensure safety compliance and effective project execution • Monitor maintenance requests and responses for accuracy • Train staff and oversee their development

Requirements: • Education in engineering or facilities management • At least five years of management experience in facilities • Expertise in CMMS and project budgeting • Knowledge of building systems and regulatory standards • Experience in unionized conditions preferred
