Headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, we are a diverse team of over 300 experts working from offices in Canada and Switzerland as well as other locations around the world.ScopeIISD is looking for a Project Assistant to join our Project Management team and provide a range of support and administrative tasks for project managers and other team members. This person is an extremely efficient and organized multitasker looking for an exciting chance to work with an outstanding international team.The role has growth potential and is perfect for those who are interested in pursuing a career in project management.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the operational planning, monitoring and implementation of projects and initiatives.Provide support to project managers and the project team with workplan development, budget development/adjustment, contracting, evaluation, and reporting.Assist in the compilation and formatting of program documents, including proposals.Assist with the tracking and reconciliation of project expenses for team members and external partners.Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of program lists and databases.Assist in event planning, coordinating across time zones; manage travel andlogistical arrangements; and collect and file post-event documentation, including agendas, participant lists,

Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.Germany:
