Overview The Mosaic Company is a leading integrated producer of concentrated phosphate and potash. We employ thousands globally and operate in multiple countries. This role is for a Supervisor, Maintenance based at K2, Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada with a 5/5/4 shift schedule. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities in an industrial setting. Assist workers in troubleshooting equipment problems using observations and past experience. Establish internal work standards and ensure the organization adheres to them. Oversee the execution of preventative maintenance and PM-related job plans as scheduled. Create daily work schedules based on the weekly plan and production outages. Review Work Order Feedback for accuracy and completeness and implement productivity improvement plans. Maintain a strong field presence to ensure safe execution of maintenance orders following precision maintenance practices. Develop staff and motivate the workforce for a high-performance maintenance team.



Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Technical secondary school certificate in Industrial Mechanics or Electrical is highly preferred. 5+ years of CMMS experience. 5+ years of maintenance experience. SAP experience is a plus.
