? Hiring: Portfolio Manager / Program Manager – SAP / ERP / Finance Platforms

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager / Program Manager to lead strategic SAP/ERP transformation initiatives and enterprise finance platform programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead strategic ERP transformation programs focused on SAP and enterprise finance platforms.

• Manage multi-year business transformation roadmaps across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations .

- Establish program governance, budget controls, portfolio prioritization, and execution oversight.
- Coordinate global ERP deployment activities across business units and regions.
- Manage system integrators, vendors, and internal delivery teams.
- Drive executive steering committee meetings, reporting, and business benefit tracking.
- Lead change management and ensure successful organizational adoption.
- Oversee complex programs with significant budgets, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.

Basic Qualifications





• 12+ years of experience managing enterprise transformation programs.

• 8+ years of experience leading SAP/ERP implementations or modernization initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP , or related finance platforms.

• Proven experience managing programs with $10M+ budgets .

• Robust expertise in financial governance, PMO, portfolio management, and business transformation .

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with VP and C-level executives .

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Computer Science , or a related discipline.

- MBA preferred.

Nice to Have

- SAP certifications.

• Experience with M&A; integration, carve-outs, and global ERP harmonization programs.

• PgMP, PMP, or SAFe certifications.
