We are seeking a Global Operations and Resilience Architect to help shape and scale resilient, high-performing technology systems across our global environment. In this role, you will work at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and operations - ensuring our platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned to real business outcomes. You will guide modernization efforts, influence engineering practices, and help embed resilience into how we design, build, and operate technology.

Lead resilience architecture across enterprise applications and platforms, ensuring systems are scalable, observable, and reliable. Guide modernization initiatives, embedding automation, resilience, and operational controls into future-state architectures. Define and evolve architecture standards and patterns, promoting consistency while enabling flexibility across teams.

Translate regulatory and risk requirements (e.g., OSFI E-21) into practical and actionable architecture guidance. incidents, performance trends) to improve system reliability and resilience outcomes Establish measurable KPIs and dashboards to connect architecture decisions with business impact, including risk reduction and service performance Experience in enterprise or solution architecture, with a focus on resilience, reliability, or platform engineering Strong understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and modern application architectures Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and influence senior stakeholders Experience partnering with engineering and operations teams to improve system performance and reliability performance, scalability, availability) Experience with resilience frameworks or regulatory standards (e.g., OSFI,
