HR Operations / Global Hiring Compliance / Talent Acquisition - Strategic Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and PCF controls.
- Automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Implement security roles, access controls, and deployment strategies.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility and UI/UX standards.
- Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Support development of Power Pages and integrations with Microsoft services.
- Maintain technical documentation and support ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years in IT with 3+ years focused on Microsoft Power Platform.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in:
- Power Automate
- Security & Role Management
- Design Concepts & Accessibility Compliance
- 1+ year of experience in Power Pages.
