We are seeking a Supervisor, Projects Organizational Change Management (OCM) & Engagement to enable the successful delivery of Projects' strategic priorities through effective management of the people side of change. In this leadership role, you will coordinate a team responsible for managing change within the organization and engage with leaders to develop learning strategies that support business readiness, adoption, and long‑term results. What You Will Do Lead and support a team responsible for developing and implementing specialized change management, engagement, and learning approaches that drive successful business outcomes. Design and implement people‑focused strategies that reinforce Projects culture, support behavioral change, and advance strategic objectives. Conduct intake assessments to identify upcoming change needs, including resource requirements, and monitor on an ongoing basis. Develop organizational change capability through leadership development and change readiness initiatives that enable successful project execution. Partner with Projects leadership to design and facilitate effective workshops, engagement sessions, and stakeholder events in both virtual and in‑person environments. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and barriers associated with the human aspects of change to support project and organizational success. Develop and maintain a Projects OCM Centre of Expertise by providing tools, templates, processes, and guidance to support effective communications and engagement activities. Establish performance objectives, coach and mentor team members,



and measure the effectiveness of OCM initiatives through reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement practices. Who You Are Post‑secondary degree in Business, Organizational Behaviour, Psychology, Communications, or a related field, with 7+ years of progressive experience in managing organizational transitions, communications, or partner engagement. Strong knowledge of organizational change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with demonstrated experience leading complex transformation initiatives. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high‑quality results within tight timelines. Demonstrated success building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to achieve shared business objectives. Previous leadership experience supervising and coaching employees in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Professional certifications or experience in PROSCI Change Management, project management, process improvement, Agile, or Design Thinking methodologies are considered strong assets.



Working Conditions Office‑based role with occasional travel required; periods of elevated workload and pressure may occur while supporting critical initiatives, tight timelines, and senior deliverables.
