Be a team; we are united to drive collective impact to achieve our goals.Position SummaryThe Senior Associate, Product Marketing supports the execution and ongoing management of product marketing content across presentations, sales enablement tools, digital channels and recurring reporting materials.The role is responsible for ensuring content remains accurate, current and aligned with product, investment team and market developments. This includes managing recurring content deliverables, coordinating product and shelf-related changes, and working with key stakeholders to move materials efficiently through development, review, approval and distribution.With a builder mindset, the Senior Associate will also manage and continuously improve the workflows used to create, update, approve and distribute product marketing content. A key focus of the role will be identifying opportunities to use AI, automation and standardized processes to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy and accelerate delivery.A strong understanding of asset management products, reporting materials and product marketing processes is essential, along with the ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable content workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Content Workflows, Automation and AI EnablementManage and continuously improve workflows for developing, reviewing, approving,
updating and distributing product marketing contentIdentify manual, repetitive or fragmented processes that can be simplified, standardized or automatedUse AI-enabled tools to support content development, information gathering, quality control and recurring content updatesDevelop templates, processes and documentation that improve consistency, accuracy and speed across product marketing deliverablesPartner with Marketing Operations, Digital and other stakeholders to implement workflow and automation improvementsTrack recurring deliverables, dependencies and approvals to ensure work progresses efficiently and on scheduleHelp establish appropriate governance and quality-control practices for the use of AI within product marketing processesManage Product Marketing Content and ReportingManage the development, maintenance and updating of product marketing materials across presentations, sales enablement tools, web content and recurring reporting deliverablesCoordinate recurring updates to monthly fund profiles and related product marketing materialsCoordinate the production and ongoing maintenance of fund books and other recurring reporting materialsEnsure product marketing content accurately reflects current product information, investment commentary and positioningMaintain transparent schedules, ownership and approval requirements for recurring content deliverablesWork with internal stakeholders to resolve content gaps, inconsistencies or outdated informationSupport the ongoing organization and management of content within marketing enablement and content management platformsExecute Product and Shelf Management InitiativesCoordinate the marketing execution of product changes, investment team updates and other shelf management initiativesManage required updates across marketing materials, digital content, sales tools and website product pagesWork with Product, Compliance, Legal, Digital, Investment and other teams to establish implementation requirements, timelines and approvalsEnsure product-related updates are completed accurately, consistently and in alignment with regulatory requirementsIdentify all affected content and channels when product or investment-related changes occurMonitor implementation progress and proactively address risks,
delays or dependenciesQualifications and ExperienceThree to five years of experience in product marketing, marketing operations, content operations or a related roleExperience in financial services or asset managementCanadian Securities Course or other relevant industry certification is an assetStrong knowledge of asset management products, product marketing materials and recurring reporting deliverablesExperience managing, documenting or improving content-development, review and approval workflowsDemonstrated experience using AI-enabled tools, workflow automation or process‑improvement techniques to increase efficiency, accuracy and scalabilityExperience coordinating recurring reporting processes and ongoing content maintenanceExperience working with content management and marketing enablement platforms, such as Seismic, is an assetStrong organizational and project management skills, with a high level of attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teamsAbility to assess existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsUniversity degreeThe expected annual base salary range for this role is $69,000 - $83,500, which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location.
