Position Overview Senior Product Manager – Clio Grow (location: Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, Sydney) Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, enabling law firms of all sizes to work more efficiently, securely and seamlessly. This role focuses on shaping the future of Clio Grow, our client‑intake and growth platform, by building AI‑powered tools that capture, qualify, and book leads. Key Responsibilities Product Leadership: Drive successful outputs and outcomes in your product area; develop and execute a roadmap that aligns with the overarching strategy set by your Director. AI‑Powered Innovation: Envision and implement AI‑driven automation to simplify the entire client intake journey, from first outreach to signed agreements. Product‑Led Growth: Design intuitive onboarding and automation solutions that make managing leads easier, thereby driving user adoption and business growth. Strategy & Prioritization: Conduct customer and market research, build unbiased business cases, and set priorities that help Clio meet its mission and annual OKRs. Cross‑Functional Leadership: Ship and launch features end‑to‑end by collaborating with Development, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams. Required Qualifications Minimum of six years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment, with a track record of shipping mission‑critical products at scale.
Prior experience in legal or legal tech – a practicing lawyer, legal operations role, or building AI‑powered technology solutions is a significant asset. Proven experience building or managing AI‑driven products, with a strong understanding of how to leverage machine learning to solve real user problems. Outcome‑obsessed leadership ability; owns products throughout their lifecycle. Strategic and data‑driven thinker using qualitative and quantitative data to shape product strategy and measure impact. Customer‑focused mindset that prioritises user needs and continually learns what drives them. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Product, Design, Engineering, and other stakeholders. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $137,500 to $186,100 CAD (or equivalent in local currency), depending on region and experience. Health, dental and vision insurance benefits.
