Who You Are
You’re a sales professional looking to learn commercial real estate brokerage. You bring sales experience and a proven ability to expand the business base through regular contact with key and prospective clients. You see the value in a commission‑based role with uncapped earning potential and are highly motivated, team‑oriented, and dedicated to producing high‑quality work while maintaining and growing client relationships with top‑tier clients in the Ottawa market.
What You Bring
- Ability to secure new and expanding business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and identifying opportunities for other service lines
- Experience in a metrics‑driven sales environment
- Experience with B2B sales
- Solutions‑oriented attitude that seeks new solutions and creates new opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Cross‑collaborative attitude encouraging partnership with other departments (Leasing, Investment Sales, Equity Placement, Debt Financing, Valuation & Advisory Services, etc.) across product lines
Bonus Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Real Estate,
or other relevant field (Preferred)
- Real Estate license required (or close to completion)
- 1‑2 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in the Commercial real estate sector or a related industry
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills
- Savvy with technology (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM experience a plus)
- High volume cold calling

- Strong communication and consensus building skills, organization skills, and attention to detail while coordinating multiple tasks consistently
- Role model, conscientious, reliable, flexible with high degree of professionalism and passion for success

Approximate salary range for the role: 100% commission‑based.
