As a Designer, Sustainability, you will report to the Director of Sustainability. Your main tasks will involve supporting compliance with leading certifications such as WELL and Green Globes. You will also collaborate with clients to create tailored sustainability programmes and ensure adherence to applicable legislation. This role is ideal for someone dedicated to sustainability in design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document and manage compliance with certification programmes
• Develop tailored sustainability initiatives for clients
• Ensure compliance with local legislative requirements




• Provide specialty services, including climate risk assessments
• Monitor and assist with sustainability goals and reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of sustainability certification frameworks
• Proficiency in Revit and other sustainability tools
• Strong graphic and communication skills
