- Maintain accurate books and records for Private Equity funds
- Prepare and review periodic Net Asset Valuations and financial statements




- Calculate and reconcile capital call and distribution payments
- Manage investor communications and quarterly reporting
- Oversee the year-end process and handle audit requests Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years’ accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 or PE firm
- Knowledge of US GAAP and Private Equity structures
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
