Responsibilities

- Collaborate with school staff and communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and needs.
- Maintain organized lesson plans and assessment records to track student development.
- Support students’ social-emotional growth by fostering respectful and motivating classroom interactions.
- Assist in implementing school policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure learning environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in educational settings or related environments.
- Classroom experience demonstrating effective management and instructional skills.
- Strong communication skills to engage students, colleagues, and parents effectively.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices for elementary roles.
- Degree in education or specialized subject in combination with experience
- Familiarity with special education strategies and experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Proficiency in teaching math concepts and art techniques tailored to various age groups.
- Ability to adapt quickly, demonstrate flexibility, and maintain enthusiasm in dynamic classroom settings.
