Regulatory product strategy across DPDP Act and DPDP Rules
Roadmap, prioritisation, and phased delivery under compliance constraints
Continuous discovery with enterprise and end-user stakeholders 02 Essential Experience 5–10 years of PM experience, 3+ on a multi-sided or B2C2B platform end-to-end
Regulated domain: fintech, healthtech, legaltech, identity, privacy, or govtech
Strong technical fluency, read API specs, SRS docs, architecture discussions
Translate legal obligations into engineering acceptance criteria
Roadmap ownership under regulatory constraints
Developer-facing product experience (APIs, SDKs, docs, portals)
03 Strongly preferred Working knowledge of DPDP Act 2023 / Rules 2025, or GDPR, PDPA, CCPA
Consent management, identity, data rights, or privacy engineering platforms
Consumer-scale launches in India, UPI, DigiLocker, Aadhaar context
DPOs and legal reviewers as product partners, not just approvers
