Join the Production Test team at Curtiss-Wright in Ottawa as a Production Associate. Set up and test complex circuit cards and systems with some debugging responsibilities in this shift role. This position is focused on testing electronic products, where you will use automated test equipment and provide valuable feedback to the engineering support team.

You’ll work with essential test procedures, perform Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs), and maintain an organized work workplace. Flexibility for three shift rotations is required. Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and perform tests following specific procedures
- Identify non-conforming products during testing
- Provide technical feedback to Test Engineering Support
- Suggest process improvements for optimal workflow
- Perform environmental stress screening tests Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in Test/ESS in manufacturing
- Post-secondary education in Electronics or equivalent
- Familiarity with electronic test equipment
- Proficient in MS Office and communication skills
- Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment preferred Utilize your technical skills in testing and contributing to quality manufacturing at Curtiss-Wright.
