We're seeking a hands-on, safety-focused Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Essex Quarry. You’ll oversee daily operations at our processing plants to ensure high-quality production, efficient workflows, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader on site, supporting a skilled team while driving continuous improvement in production performance. This full time role offers a competitive salary range of CA$75,000–CA$80,000.



Manage daily production schedules to meet sales demands and inventory targets Oversee machine inspections and plant equipment performance Process employee timecards and liaise with payroll to resolve discrepancies Generate and analyze daily production reports Supervise subcontractors and consultants during plant construction or upgrades Promote and enforce safety and environmental standards and training Lead and motivate a production team, identifying training needs and ensuring operational efficiency High school diploma (minimum); college diploma in civil engineering or C.2+ years in plant operations and/or supervisory roles, preferably in the aggregates or heavy industrial sector ~ Knowledge of environmental, health & safety legislation ~ Understanding of quality standards in quarry/asphalt operations ~ Proficient with computer systems to track production and generate reports ~ Give back to your community with two paid volunteer days annually and opportunities to become involved in events If you share our commitment to giving back to your community and caring about the environment we’d love to hear from you.
