FORMA Cleaning Services is looking to hire 4 Professional Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team.

Our primary focus is post-construction cleaning and market-ready cleaning for multi residential and commercial properties. We work alongside builders, project managers, and other trades to prepare spaces for occupancy, making professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail essential.

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS AUGUST 6th

Start Date: August 10, 2026

We have recently secured a large contract with nearly 300 units, creating an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals. While this position will begin as part-time, we anticipate transitioning to full-time hours quickly as our workload continues to grow.

Compensation & Benefits

- $23.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and position
- All cleaning supplies, equipment, and training provided
- Part-time to start with strong potential for full-time employment

- Be comfortable working alongside construction crews and other trades in active job sites
- Be respectful, adaptable, and safety-conscious
- Be physically capable of performing cleaning duties throughout the day
- Previous post-construction or professional cleaning experience is an asset but not required—we are willing to train the right individuals.
