- Monday–Thursday: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Friday: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Sunday: Closed

About Steamoji Steamoji is a leading maker academy that enhances children’s education by introducing them to cutting-edge technologies in fabrication, physical computing, engineering, and digital arts. Our curriculum fosters essential soft skills such as design thinking, a growth mindset, and entrepreneurship. By engaging students in hands-on projects, we challenge them to imagine, create, share, and refine innovative solutions.

Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Facilitator to join our team. As a Steamoji Facilitator, you will assist young apprentices in their learning missions, inspire enthusiasm for STEM subjects, and maintain a safe and engaging environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about working with children and eager to foster problem-solving skills in young minds.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Assistance: Support the implementation of the Steamoji curriculum.
- Cultural Contribution: Uphold and promote Steamoji's core values and positive company culture.
- Preparation: Review instructional videos and materials before each session.
- Group Facilitation: Guide groups of 4-6 apprentices through their learning missions.




- Project Assistance: Mentor and assist apprentices in creating their Steamoji projects.
- Safety Management: Ensure the safe use of tools and equipment.
- Parental Feedback: Create and share video artifacts of projects and provide feedback to parents.

Qualifications
- Education: High school, college, or university students seeking part-time employment.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of coding and technology, or a willingness to quickly learn.
- Energy & Enthusiasm: Fun, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults.
- Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate in a team setting.
- Commute: Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Interest in Technology: Genuine interest in technology and a desire to learn basic coding skills.

Compensation
- Salary: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
