Take charge as a Junior Program Manager with Outside Looking In, supporting Indigenous youth through dance and arts education. This full-time, hybrid role involves remote coordination and community travels.

Outside Looking In (OLI) is dedicated to empowering Indigenous youth across Canada through arts-based educational programs. As the Junior Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering dance education in various communities.

Your responsibilities range from coordinating logistics to direct program delivery, where you'll build relationships with youth and local teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary contact for choreographers in communities
- Lead weekly check-ins and track program milestones




- Manage participant registration and progress documentation
- Coordinate travel logistics for program activities
- Support program delivery during community visits Requirements:
- 2-4 years in program coordination or youth engagement
- Solid organizational and administrative abilities
- Experience with Indigenous communities is valued
- Willingness to travel frequently
