Salary Range: $70,356.00 To $75,768.00 Annually Supported Living Program Supervisor VITA is a non-profit organization providing supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges. Our staff make a difference in the lives of our members every day OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a dynamic Supported Living Program Supervisor to join our team. This individual will oversee the operations of a unionized supported living environment, coach and mentor employees, and maintain high-quality service for our members.

THE ROLE Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Supported Living Program Supervisor and be at the forefront of delivering exceptional services! In this pivotal role, you/'ll not only ensure top-notch service delivery but also spearhead timely reporting on all policy and legislative requirements.

You/'ll be the driving force behind performance management, budget oversight, compliance, and stakeholder relationship management. Elevate VITA’s service to new heights with your expertise and passion!

Qualifications - Degree or diploma in developmental sector study, social work, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years’ experience post graduate working with individuals with disabilities.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle required.
- Must maintain current, valid,



and ongoing certifications in mandatory courses offered by VITA.
