Codentrel, a leader in IT, telecom, and AI-driven solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented Project Analyst to support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards

- Analyze project data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and update project plans

- Support resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting

- Track and follow up on project deliverables to ensure deadlines are met

- Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes

- Ensure projects follow internal governance and compliance standards

Requirements

Education &

Certification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,



Project Management, or related field

- 2 years of relevant project coordination or analysis experience

- Project management certification (CAPM or equivalent) is an asset

Technical Skills & Knowledge

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus)

- Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Soft Skills

- Robust written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Work Conditions

- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines
