This is a field leadership role focused on execution, coaching, and reliability. You are accountable for ensuring game days run to standard, location leaders are supported and developed, and operational issues are resolved quickly and professionally across the district without constant central intervention. This role is responsible for driving performance across New York, Boston, Chicago, and Dallas. Your mission: ensure every league night across the district meets the Brodie Standard.Core ResponsibilitiesDistrict Execution & League HealthEnsure every location in the district consistently meets the Brodie StandardMonitor weekly execution including game flow, staffing readiness, stats accuracy, content delivery, and player experienceIdentify execution gaps early and intervene before issues escalatedEnsure league nights feel professional, predictable, and well‑run across all locationsGeneral Manager & League Manager CoachingDevelop robust,
