The identified candidate will be required to work with local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to lead multiple continuous improvement, Digital Transformation, and enterprise AI implementation projects. This includes all project management activities, as well as the development of process documentation, organizational change management plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies. The candidate will collaborate closely with Digital Technology (DT), Data &

• AI teams, and business stakeholders to support the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise. The candidate will also be responsible for driving the day-to-day activities related to the P&WC; Quality Transformation, including regular follow-ups with Initiative Owners, reporting and status tracking, and facilitating additional ideation sessions to identify, prioritize, and document current initiatives and their associated business benefits. • Whitney, Collins Aerospace, Raytheon, and RTX Corporate, to benchmark AI capabilities, share best practices, identify enterprise AI opportunities, and promote collaboration and alignment across the RTX enterprise Monitor project performance using KPIs and regularly communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior leadership Provide oversight and coaching to SMEs/initiative owners throughout project execution Facilitate workshops to identify business opportunities, document processes, define requirements, and prioritize transformation initiatives Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
