This role collaborates closely with both local and remote managers to support designated clients, projects, and teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences through the successful execution of Field Services projects. The position is hybrid, requiring approximately 40% business travel (including overnight stays) and 60% onsite work at corporate office in Coquitlam, BC.

Maintain the CRM activities, opportunities and forecasting Coordination of Project Management Oversee all aspects of the projects within the region Ensure accurate and timely project invoicing Ultimate responsibility for client service delivery on all projects Work with Leadership to measure department performance as it relates to key metrics such as client maintenance activities, proposal generation, revenue, labor utilization and project margins NETA (International Electrical Testing Association) certification preferred ~5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Technologist / Field Technician / Power Systems Electrician preferred ~ Proficient knowledge of the principles behind the test equipment used and well-rounded understanding of power systems ~ Experience in the Installation, commissioning and start-up of power equipment preferred ~ Experience working with automation & control systems in the power and utilities market is an asset ~ Possesses hands-on field experience in commissioning, testing or maintaining power delivery equipment; Ability to travel - approx.
