Key Responsibilities

Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, and resource schedules to ensure successful project execution.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects progressing according to schedule.

Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets, milestones, and deadlines while proactively addressing potential challenges.

Risk Management: Identify project risks, recommend practical solutions,



and implement mitigation strategies.

Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports and communicate progress, issues, and recommendations to management.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, documentation, and operational processes to increase efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams by providing clear updates and ensuring project expectations are met.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or a related field, with experience managing multiple projects in a professional environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

Project Management Skills: Solid knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management principles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and digital collaboration platforms.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Problem Solving: Ability to analyze challenges, make informed decisions, and deliver practical solutions.

Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality results while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $90,881.00-$124,707.00 per year
