Desirable Skills:

- Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments

- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)

- Experience with infrastructure delivery (cloud, on-prem, or hybrid)

- Knowledge of enterprise governance and ITS engagement processes

Must Have
- 8–10+ years of demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in infrastructure and operations environments

- Public Sector experience

- Strong technical background in web applications and up-to-date cloud infrastructure (very important)

- Experience managing variety of products

- Variety/range of technical people

- Demonstration of a people-first approach
