Salary: from $42-$47* per hour *experience related

What You’ll Do

- Assess and treat employees with physical, cognitive, and mental health concerns
- Complete workplace assessments, ergonomic reviews,



and job demands analyses
- Develop accommodation and return-to-work plans
- Perform Functional Abilities Evaluations (FAEs)
- Support workplace injury prevention and employee wellness initiatives
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, Health & Safety, and Human Resources

What You Bring

- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in musculoskeletal, hand therapy, workplace rehabilitation, or industrial settings is an asset
