Job Description The IT Asset Management team is modernizing asset management and technology lifecycle management processes across the company through strategic ServiceNow platform enhancements. As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll lead the technical design and implementation of enterprise‑wide CMDB/ITAM solutions that streamline operations, improve service delivery, and strengthen our technology governance. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate complex requirements into scalable, high‑performing solutions while maintaining development excellence and best practices. Configure and develop ServiceNow platform solutions including workflows, UI design, business rules, and access controls to support ITAM processes Design, build,



and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal/external systems using APIs, orchestration, and data synchronization tools Analyze requirements, define technical specifications, and provide time estimates for small to large projects and ongoing maintenance work Implement and manage automated workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration to drive operational efficiency Lead deployment activities across non‑production and production environments while adhering to SDLC standards Identify performance issues, analyze root causes, and implement enhancements to optimize system performance Document technical solutions, build artifacts, and runbooks to support knowledge
