Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the landscaping industry and a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
- A valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Assistant Applicator certificate is an asset.
- Strong knowledge and experience in turf and horticulture management techniques.
- Intermediate or better fluency with Google and Microsoft Suite, and comfort using smart hardware like tablets, smartphones, and computers.
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions.





About the Opportunity

Based out of our Edmonton office, the Production Manager plays an integral part in client satisfaction and supports the Property Maintenance Manager in ensuring exceptional outcomes. You will supervise Crew Leaders, Lead Hands, and Crew Members to ensure job site quality aligns with Seasonal Impact standards.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Property Maintenance Manager to organize materials, personnel, and equipment.
- Perform hands‑on work with crews to ensure services are executed to standard.
- Proactively monitor job sites to address issues before they arise.
- Provide on‑site training covering proper equipment operation, horticulture techniques, safety, and quality standards.
- Enforce Seasonal Impact safety best practices.
