We’re seeking an experienced Administrator / Director of Care (RN, RPN, LPN) passionate about seniors health and committed to leading a dedicated team focused on excellence and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and daily operational oversight to ensure safe, person-centered care.
- Cultivate a positive, mission-driven workplace culture focused on continuous improvement.




- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to enhance seniors care.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships with strong financial stewardship.

Qualifications:

- BCCNM Registered RN, RPN, LPN with leadership experience in long-term care.
- Skilled in operational and financial management.
- Passionate about quality improvement and team development.
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator.
