Skills Required

Expertise in Contact Center platforms.

IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer etc Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate etc- any of them) Agent Desktop Automation.

Java core.

Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.

Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs(IntelliJ/Eclipse) etc.

Experience working in a structured scaled Agile workplace.
