Maple Lodge Farms is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager – Wiener Plant. You will monitor plant practices for compliance with HACCP programs and assist in corrective actions to ensure top-quality products.
The role involves validating GMP, OHSA, and CCPs across the assigned department, maintaining thorough records, and supporting audits. A minimum 3 years in a HACCP/GFSI role is required, with a related diploma. Shift is Mon–Fri, early mornings.
