MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate the submission of required information to the warehouse for Club account inspections.
- Receive, review, approve, and upload warehouse inspection reports.
- Inspect master cartons for Club accounts.




- Prepare and issue master carton inspection reports and communicate inspection decisions.
- Upload non-compliance reports into the VAS Tracker system.
- Issue chargebacks to suppliers for quality-related non-compliance.
- Upload all relevant documentation into the VAS Tracker system.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

- College degree or higher.
- Experience in the apparel industry.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism (French/English): English is required for this position as the incumbent will be required to interact with our overseas offices and manufacturing facilities.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Flexible with strong problem-solving abilities.
