As a Quality Inspector at thyssenkrupp Materials NA, Inc., you will utilize various measurement instruments to perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.

The position requires detailed inspection of raw materials and parts, along with conducting root cause analyses when necessary. Your efforts will ensure the highest quality standards while helping improve manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of materials
- Verify compliance with engineering specifications and customer standards




- Perform sheet metal and busbar inspections diligently
- Lead First Article Inspections (FAI) and create reports
- Monitor non-conformance documentation and improvement actions Requirements:
- 3+ years of manufacturing quality inspection experience
- Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T; principles
- Skilled in precision measuring instrument usage
- Experience with PPAP and dimensional reporting
