Velan, a global leader in the manufacturing of industrial valves, is seeking a Quotations Specialist, Inside Sales – MRO to support their aftermarket business by preparing accurate and timely quotations for customers across a variety of industrial markets. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Pricing and Operations to evaluate RFQs, develop proposals and help drive profitable growth.
What You’ll Do - Review and qualify incoming RFQs.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Assess customer requirements, costs and delivery considerations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop competitive proposals.
- Support outside sales teams and key customers.
- Ensure timely responses while managing multiple priorities. What We’re Looking For - Experience 3-5 years in quotations, inside sales,
applications engineering or technical sales support within a manufacturing environment.
- Robust knowledge of industrial valves.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and customer specifications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
